10 Songs To Help Me Get Through Your Death Anniversary

Death anniversaries aren’t never easy. Music is always here to help me get through the day. It’s the only thing I can always count on for being there for me. The best thing about music is it’s only speaks the truth but NEVER talks back when you questions what’s being said.

1 …”Speak to me
When all you got to keep is strong
Move along, move along like I know you do
And even when your hope is gone
Move along, move along just to make it through” – Move Along by All American Rejects

2 …”Walking around
My little rain cloud
Hanging over my head
And it ain’t coming down
Where do I go?
Gimme some sort of sign
You hit me with lightning!
Maybe I’ll come alive” – Hard Times by Paramore

3 …”All my complaints shrink to nothing
I’m ashamed of all my somethings
She’s glad for one day of comfort
Only because she has suffered” – Full Alive by Flyleaf

4 …”I’ve gotta fight today
To live another day” – Hero by Skillet

5 …”Skies are crying, I am watching
Catching teardrops in my hands
Only silence, as it’s ending” – Skyscraper – Demi Lovato

6 …”I can’t help you fix yourself
But at least I can say I tried
I’m sorry but I gotta move on with my own life
I can’t help you fix yourself
But at least I can say I tried
I’m sorry but I gotta move on with my own life” – Scars by Papa Roach

7 …”Forever and ever
The scars will remain
I’m falling apart
Leave me here forever in the dark” – Give Me A Sign by Breaking Benjamin

8 …”When you’re gone
The pieces of my heart are missin’ you
When you’re gone
The face I came to know is missin’, too” – When You’re Gone by Avril Lavigne

9 …”Had to have high, high hopes for a living
Shooting for the stars when I couldn’t make a killing
Didn’t have a dime but I always had a vision
Always had high, high hopes” – High Hopes by Panic! at the Disco

10 … “Natural
A beating heart of stone
You gotta be so cold
To make it in this world
Yeah, you’re a natural
Living your life cutthroat
You gotta be so cold” – Natural by Imagine Dragons

Up beat songs and ones easy to sing along to are the best kind of music to help you get throught these today. Here’s my list to help me. I may also listen to a few song on my other playlist … 10 Songs Everyone Who Lost A Parent Needs To Listen To … today as well.
