Crockpot Beef Chili

I started really liking chili a few years ago at a Christmas party with my boyfriend’s family. They had a chili food theme and wanted family members to make some. I decided to volunteer and make my own chili since I just got a crockpot when my boyfriend and I moved into our house. I wanted simple beef chili since I never made some before the party. Weeks before the Christmas party, I googled and searched on Pinterest both none catch my interest. I got the basic then made my own beef chili. The crockpot became my favorite way to cook food, so of course, I cooked crockpot chili. The end result surprised me because the chili turned out very tasty.

I had experimented with other chili recipes since then but I always find myself making this basic chili. It’s just something about the taste that keeps pulls me back.

The chili is even kid-proof because my daughter loved it. She really fusses when it comes to food. I’m still trying to figure what exactly is her favorite kind of taste because she FINALLY trying new things. She just recently started trying other things other than her norms like Mac & Cheese, chicken nuggets, and pasta. Thank goodness not anymore! Now I can, cook chili and know she’ll eat it.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this beef chili! If you like spicy chili, check out my recipe called “Crockpot Spicy Beef Chili.”
